My goal this weekend is to pull out the tomato plants from the garden. If I put it off much longer I fear they will be covered in snow before I get around to doing it. I found some great recipes to make use of the green tomatoes. Depending on how many I end up with, I plan to give as many of these a try as I can. I’ll let you know how it goes.
