Happy Friday! Two things, what are those? Shredded pork tacos? And what is in that glass (are you double fisting?)
An assortment of Shredded pork, brisket, and shredded chicken tacos from a new BBQ place in the neighborhood. Cosmos, no double fisting, drank them one at a time.
So did you end up liking the bbq place?? The brisket was the only meat that was still juicy and tender – the chicken and pork seemed overcooked.

We did like it, none of our meat was dry. The brisket was amazing! We went back last week again and got mostly apps. Good stuff. They are making a good effort to listen to customer feedback and making changes based on it. Though, sounds odd, but I think the service is too fast. We got our food in about 5 mins, wanted to sit and savor the time out a bit more.
