Lazy Maizy

Posted on March 11, 2011December 15, 2011 by Jacky Hackett

puppy maziy

Something tells me Maizy is feeling completely at home.  It only took a few days for her nervousness to wear down and she was slowing testing her limits.  At various points this past week she was walking around with a Beatles coffee table book, TV remote, a boot, a slipper, pillows, blankets.  You name it she attempted to chew it.  She also has learned quickly that the couch or chair provide were the place to be instead of the floor.  Every time we leave the living room she jumps into our spot on the chair.  It’ not like she doesn’t know better, seeing she jumps down as soon as she hears us coming back in the room.

Hi Jacky! Thanks for the comment – glad you left one, because now I found your blog! 🙂

Your Maizy is adorable!!! She looks a lot like Paco except that her nose is not as long as his – who knows, maybe hers will grow? We got Paco at the local animal shelter – our vet (and her associate, and the puppy trainer that we used) all think he’s mostly fox terrier with a dash of something else thrown in – with the speed that he runs, we think whippet, lol.

I thought the same thing about the nose. I can definitely see the fox terrier. It will be interesting to see what she grows into, we’ve got a few different remarks on what she breds she is made up of.
