Summer is quickly coming to an end. The day light hours are already shifting, school starts tomorrow and Labor Day is right around the corner. Vine ripe tomatoes, fresh picked basil — Summer eating doesn’t get better. Love the linger of the basil on your hands after you’ve picked it, the scent is so strongly associated to summer for me it just brings a rush of happiness.
